Beach Office Banter

In the olden days before wireless internet access and even the internet itself, one would gather around the office water cooler and exchange gossip. But it is the beach office , where the action is at...Here are the comments I have heard over the years. And when I am in "the office", I'll add more! Enjoy.

From South Dakota, thanks for the great views of the Islands! There will always be someone to complain...too bad, but that is the way it seems. We have been to Maui a number of times, and it is great to take a virtual visit there via your webcam. I am bringing my Boy Scout Troop to Maui in March 06. I have directed many of the Scout's parents to your webcam to get an idea of the area and the weather. We plan to come to the beach and wave to the camera (at a set time and date) so the parents can see their sons having a good time.

Keep the camera going...as far as the zoom...it is the most important part of the system. It allows closer looks at the sea and Molokini. While I am not a voyeur, I gotta say that the bikini views are quite refreshing when there is nothing but snow outside my window!

Great Web site....Here is a great formula I use to get rid of the winter blues here in dark, rainy,British Columbia Canada
Step 1,,,get Jimmy Buffett radio Marg, going on your computer
step 2 dial up the Maui web cam
step 3...prepare a tropical drink of choice
step 4 watch the action on the beach.....its almost like being there and fills the need to hug a palm

keep up the good work and please never shut it off

All my best

BriaN:-))) I love Maui

Love it, sunset is priceless! Was in Maui over the holidays. The east coast of Canada is absolutely terrible, rainy and grey! Missing the beach big time, not even enough snow here to snowboard. Thanks for the webcam it helps to keep me real as it is so depressing here. The camera should be frozen at 'max height' and 'max right' starting at 5:30 so the world can enjoy Maui sunsets without worrying who is in control.

CHEERS, Thanks for this,

Mike

The camera's server is down, for almost a week now.

Any time frame for you getting it back on line?
